This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit lyxvo.com. The short version: we collect as little as possible.

What Lyxvo does not do

• Lyxvo is a static website. There are no user accounts, no logins and no forms that store your information.
• We do not set our own cookies.
• We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.
• We do not sell, rent or share personal data.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site against abuse, Cloudflare may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, and may use security mechanisms that require such data. This processing is done by Cloudflare under its own privacy policy. We use this information, if at all, only for security and to keep the site working.

When you click a booking link

Booking links open tiket.lyxvo.com. Although this address uses our name, it is a white-label booking site operated by 12Go. Once you are there, you are on 12Go's service: 12Go's privacy policy, cookie policy and terms apply to any information you enter, including passenger details and payment information. The link includes our partner ID so 12Go can attribute the booking to Lyxvo; we do not receive your passenger or payment details. 12Go may share limited booking information with us (for example, that a booking was made and the commission due) for affiliate accounting.

Emailing us

If you email halo@siappergi.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation, and we delete it when it is no longer needed. We do not add you to any mailing list.

We may update this policy, for example if the way the site works changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
