Lyxvo publishes travel information about buses, trains, ferries and flights in Southeast Asia. This information is for general planning purposes only. It is not professional, legal, visa or safety advice. Always check official sources, your ticket and local conditions before you travel.

2. No warranty

We try to keep our guides accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct, complete or current. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

3. Prices and schedules

Prices, durations, schedules, routes and operators mentioned on Lyxvo are estimates and may change at any time without notice. The price, schedule and conditions that apply to your trip are those shown on 12Go at the time of booking and in your ticket.

4. Bookings

Lyxvo does not sell tickets or take payments. Booking links lead to tiket.lyxvo.com, a white-label site operated by 12Go. When you book, your agreement is with 12Go and the transport operator, under their terms and conditions. The contract of carriage is between you and the operator, arranged through 12Go. Payments, e-tickets, changes, cancellations, refunds, delays and complaints are handled by 12Go and the operator. Lyxvo is an affiliate and earns a commission from 12Go (see our affiliate disclosure).

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lyxvo and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this site or reliance on its information, including missed connections, delays, cancellations, price differences or problems with a booking, transport service or operator. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

6. External links

The site links to 12Go and other external websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices.

7. Content

The text and original images on Lyxvo belong to Lyxvo or are used under licence. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with a link back. Please do not copy whole pages or republish our content without permission.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
